Chains do not hold a marriage together. It is threads, hundreds of tiny threads which sew people together through the years. ~ Simone Signoret

A sample of the 25 Tools  you will learn in your Relationship Coaching Sessions:

•    To create a relationship timeline from the day you and your partner met up to the present day. A relationship timeline is an invaluable tool to help you step back from your life with your mate and observe the big picture, which often reveals certain repetitive cycles or ups and downs.

•    To create a vision for your marriage or relationship. Once you and your partner are able to objectively look at where you have been in your relationship, the next step is for you both to decide where you want to go and create an action plan to get there.

•    To create a “relationship pie.” Marriage and relationships are like a pie made up of six important pieces: communication, romance and fun, practical life (logistics of living including household, day-to-day issues), physical intimacy, finances, and spirituality. Using the scale from 1-10, you and your mate will work together to assess each piece of your pie and prioritize the pieces according to which needs the most immediate attention.

•     The communication piece must be running smoothly first before your relationship can move forward towards reaching its fullest potential. In coaching sessions, you will learn how to communicate in a way that makes you and your mate feel heard by one another. Once each of you feels heard by the other, you will learn, as a team, how to problem solve.

•    Trust is one of the basic building blocks in any relationship. If the trust level between you and your partner is low, each of you will be asked to compile a “trust inventory,” a list of things you feel you need from each other to help rebuild the Trust and Intimacy between you.
